    Absolutely rude and ridiculous service! Took half an hour to actually answer the phone and wouldn’t let us collect our cat when we finally got through! When we dropped him off we were told it would be absolutely fine to pick him up later than closing time as long as we called beforehand which we did! Our flight was delayed and we called to let them know we can pick him up at 6:30pm and was told no one will be around after 6pm? The cattery is based at someone’s house what do you mean no one will be around?! Why is there no one around to look after the animals from 6pm-8am? You wasted half an hour of my time not answering the phone and you couldn’t even give me half an hour to collect MY cat! Thank you so much for the stress and anxiety you caused.

    Edit: My review is based on your service towards me as a customer. Your response just proves how careless and rude you really are! Your opening times are irrelevant when we were specifically told by a member of your staff that we could collect him on the 14th but would have to pay for the full amount of days booked which was fine and was told that if we were running late to call and let you know which we did do (or tried to for over half an hour) and when someone finally bothered to pick up the phone you didn’t want to know! I was looking forward to seeing my cat after a long flight as I assumed you would keep to your promise and became stressed and anxious when no one answered my 30 odd calls! Calling me a liar and dismissing the stress you’ve caused me is extremely bad customer care!
